Kara's on her way to recovery :)! Doctor was pleased with the progress on her healing - even though the tonsils still look HUGE to her mommy :)! She had a sweet, helpful heart today - she wanted to help make ALL of dinner (we even added some chocolate mint pudding that wasn't on the menu :). She also had lots of fun ideas like painting toes :)! And she seems to have acquired a contagious laugh through this ordeal - amazing :)! At lunch today, Jeff would just look at her and she would burst into laughter :)! These are such rewarding parenting moments ;)!

I remember when Kris had her tonsils out! She was fine until two weeks after and she started bleeding. We had to go in for emergency surgery! She totally had the nursing staff at the hospital wrapped around her little finger! she was about 7. I am so glad that Kara is better. Loved your pictures.
